National Student Youth Gathering was held on 25^th-26^th May 2009 at the Myanmar Ecumenical Sharing centre,601 Pyay Road, Yangon. There were 40 participants from SCM, YMCA, YWCA, Youth for Christ, Catholic Youth, Buddhist Youth, Interfaith Youth for Community Action (IYCA) and MCC Youth etc. The gathering is a very significant event in the history of Inter faith youth gathering in Myanmar.  Participants acknowledged that corporation and cooperation of youth among the different religious will have a very good impact to the society.
